A former prison guard has revealed the strict boundaries she had to maintain while working in a men’s correctional facility, where her appearance often stirred up unwanted attention from inmates and hostility from their visiting partners.
Alicia Davis, 32, now earns £280,000 a year on OnlyFans after leaving her £46,000-a-year job as a correctional officer.
She says being attractive made her a constant target for inmate flirtation and personal comments, despite rules forbidding any form of emotional connection or gift acceptance.

“They’d greet me every day, ask about my shift, compliment my looks, and notice the smallest changes,” Alicia said. “It seemed harmless, but everything was a test. They wanted to see how far they could push.”
Even family visits weren’t drama-free. Partners of prisoners would glare at her, particularly when she had to step in and stop couples from breaking the no-kissing rule.
Although she followed strict grooming policies, including no makeup or coloured nails and slicked-back hair, Alicia still felt targeted by visiting women, especially during strip-searches of female guests or dress code enforcement.
She explained that inmates occasionally offered small handmade gifts or food as gestures, which she had to refuse for safety reasons though she did once accept a homemade dumpling, which she admits was delicious.
Despite liking the job, Alicia craved freedom and financial independence. She quit in February 2022 after realizing the earning potential on OnlyFans.
Now I work when I want, wear what I want, and don’t have to follow anyone else’s rules,” she said.
