Gina Stewart, famously known as the “world’s hottest grandma,” has celebrated her 53rd birthday by revealing the secrets behind her age-defying looks and it’s a mix of old-school beauty tricks and futuristic tech.
The Australian model and grandmother-of-three, who has 440,000 followers on Instagram (@ginastewartofficial), says staying youthful is all about smart habits and consistency.
Gina swears by hydration, but not just any water. She only drinks filtered water from BPA-free bottles and supplements it with antioxidant-rich chamomile and green tea.

After showers, she finishes with a cold rinse to tighten her skin and moisturises with organic coconut oil, a routine she’s followed since she was 19.

She also massages her jawline for circulation, wears SPF daily, uses saunas for detox, and undergoes red light therapy three times a week to boost collagen and reduce fine lines.
She maintains a stable weight to preserve her facial structure and indulges in cryo-chamber treatments for an energy boost. On top of this, she regularly tests her hair to track nutrient levels and adjust her supplements accordingly.

In addition to her real-life wellness routine, Gina has embraced the digital world, claiming to be the “world’s first AI model.”
Her AI alter ego was created using hundreds of real images and has already landed a magazine cover and a modelling contract in Germany. “She’s got my eyes, lips, dimples, and even my butt,” Gina joked, adding that the AI version has its own competition card and portfolio.

The AI helps keep fans engaged while Gina focuses on her fitness and health goals. She now plans to launch a chatbot version of herself after spending months perfecting it with a tech team.
I just believe in being the best version of myself that I can possibly be,” she said, showing no signs of slowing down at 53.
