‘I escaped survival mode by becoming a creator – now I’m buying my first house and heading to law school’

Former district attorney’s office worker Heavyn Knoll now earns up to 20000 dollars a month creating content building a new life free from survival mode as she buys her first home and prepares for law school.

A former district attorney’s office worker who turned to content creation to escape “survival mode” is now preparing to buy her first house – and says she’s heading to law school.

Heavyn Knoll, 25, was juggling college and a demanding job when she realised she needed to find a new way to support herself.

The Texas-based creator, who grew up in the foster care system, had earned her associate’s degree after graduating high school early.

“I was tired of being in survival mode,” said Heavyn.

“I was tired of clawing at my skin, seeing when I’m gonna make my next bill or when I was gonna have a place to live that next day.

“I lived like that my whole childhood and I deserved to have a break.”

Despite initially working towards becoming an attorney – which remains her end goal – Heavyn found herself struggling financially without family support.

“I needed to make money quicker and I didn’t want to trade my morals for that,” she said.

“But people convinced me and I was like, you know what? Why not?

“I’m comfortable with my body and my skin, so if that’s what I’m comfortable doing, then why should it matter?”

Now earning between $15,000 and $20,000 monthly through her Fanvue account and other ventures, Heavyn says her life has transformed completely.

She explained: “I’m about ready to buy my first house, so that’s really cool.

“I never thought in a million years I’d be able to say that.

“I came from jumping shelter to shelter when I was a kid and all the way up until I was a teenager.

“For me to sit here and say, wow, I don’t have to be in survival mode that way anymore – I don’t have to struggle for a pair of sandals.”

The Wildest Fan Requests

Like many creators, Heavyn has received some unusual requests from subscribers.

“The craziest fan request would probably be to pee on them,” she said.

“I’ve had people ask for my bath water, so I’ve shipped that before.

“I’ve met in public places and dropped off my bath water and my pee, which is weird.

“But I would always let my dog pee though – I wouldn’t pee in it because I was like, that’s weird.”

One request, however, crossed a line for Heavyn.

She said: “I received an email one time about some guy asking me to do something with their dog.

“I thought that was disgusting and I blocked them.

“That was the weirdest thing, honestly.”

Life Before Content Creation

Before making the switch to content creation, Heavyn was working at the district attorney’s office while pursuing her degree.

She said: “I started working there and then I realised, yeah, I love being an attorney, and that’s really still my end goal.

“But I didn’t like working at the district attorney’s office.

“I didn’t like working, and I needed more money because I didn’t have any support through college.

“I didn’t have family, I didn’t really have a lot of people, so it was just me.”

The 25-year-old admits the decision to start creating content wasn’t easy, particularly given her diverse friendship circle.

“I have friends in OnlyFans, I have friends in porn, I have friends that are lawyers, I have friends at college,” she said.

“I was just nervous about what people would think of me.

“I tried to hide it, really, but that didn’t work out.”

Dealing With Judgment

When friends discovered what Heavyn was doing, reactions were mixed.

“I’ve ended friendships that I’ve had since I was five years old, like 10, 15-plus years,” she said.

“Usually they’ll text me a long paragraph on how our morals aren’t aligned and that, basically long story short, they’re better than me.

“They can’t associate with a woman like me because they’re so high and mighty of God.

“Even though I believe in God too and I love God, they just tell me they can’t associate with me.”

The judgment has taken its toll, with Heavyn admitting she sometimes considers walking away from it all.

She said: “Sometimes I’ll be like, I’m gonna just delete my Instagram or I’m just gonna throw it.

“Then I have to kind of just rebuild myself up mentally.

“I also have a lot of women that look up to me, but that also makes me scared and sad too.”

Why She Keeps Going

Despite the challenges, Heavyn has a clear reason for continuing.

“I need to remind myself why I need to do this – I want better programmes for young girls like me, where they have more options, where they don’t have to take that route,” she said.

“Some of us aren’t selling porn, some of us are selling feet pics, some of us are doing bikini pics.

“That’s more me – I’m doing bikini stuff and different little stuff like that.

“I just want young girls to have more options.”

The financial freedom has allowed Heavyn to live comfortably for the first time in her life.

She explained: “I don’t have to go in Target and steal clothes so I can have things on my body.

“I can actually go to school, I worked hard and all that stuff is commendable.

“I have things to show for – it’s not just nothing.”

What’s Next

Heavyn is now focused on getting into law school after recently taking the LSAT.

“Law school – that’s going to happen,” she said.

“Now that I have my degrees from traditional college, I qualify to go to law school.

“I want to be a better woman, so that’s why I went to school and I’m trying to become a lawyer so that I can help other kids.”

She added: “I might be slowing down on this content stuff very soon.

“I’ll still be a content creator, of course, but I think I’m gonna shift gears a little bit.

“It’ll always be in me though – it’s gonna be.”

For now, Heavyn remains philosophical about her journey and the judgment she faces.

“Everyone judges the decision you make, but they never see the options you had at the time,” she said.

“If it’s not affecting them and you’re not hurting them, then why does it matter?

“Who doesn’t want to live free like this?”

Her Message to Others

When asked what message she’d leave for others, Heavyn was clear.

“Over deliver and under promise,” she said.

“Always do it to yourself and others – don’t say too much, but over deliver always to people.

“Use it and turn it into revenge on all the people that tell you can’t make it, you can’t do this.

“I’ve never been a revengeful person – I’ve always let God handle it, always.

“Let your success be your best revenge.

“If people doubt you, let them doubt you.

“If everyone’s going this way and you’re going that way, they don’t understand it – that’s fine.

“Just show them.”
