A former healthcare worker has revealed how she gave up her job to become an OnlyFans star and has no regrets.
Belle Grace, 26, from Yorkshire, was working full-time as a team leader in a care institution housing children and adults diagnosed with autism, when in May 2020 she decided to launch an OnlyFans page to earn extra money.
The young woman had never expected her content to blow up, making £49,000 in her first month on the site – and decided to say goodbye to her day job.

“This was 10 days just after leaving my ‘vanilla job’ as a team leader working in the care industry,” she told NudeNewz.

In the months since, the model has seen her earnings skyrocket from £21,000 to £51,000 a month.
Belle’s boyfriend, not named for privacy reasons, helps her make and organise content, and she says her loved ones are happy with what she does for a living.
“My family and friends are very supportive,” she said.
“They know how well I am doing financially and just support me to continue and do it whilst I can.”
The Strangest Requests She Receives

However, the job doesn’t come without some rather strange requests.
“I get requests for tickle videos, hair washing or hair plaiting videos as my hair is really long,” she said.
“Once a guy paid $400 (£295) just for me to wash and brush my hair whilst in the shower and watch the water drip from the bottom.”
One fan has spent over £20,000 on the star – tipping her, footing the bill when she goes out and buying her clothes.
The Viral TikTok That Changed Everything
Despite the negative comments she has received online, Belle is particularly grateful to TikTok after one of her clips went viral just 10 days after she quit her job – resulting in a huge payday.
In mid-January 2021, the model filmed a few TikTok clips of herself but didn’t like the look of them, so she saved the videos to her drafts and went about her day.
But later, while feeling tipsy after drinking gin in her bathtub, Belle uploaded one of the clips she had dismissed – and it took off.
In the clip, Belle used a special effects transition, making it appear as if she morphed through the wall, causing her clothes to drop on the floor.
She then walked through the door wearing nothing but Calvin Klein underwear.
Belle then grabbed her clothes from the ground and threw them on herself, as if she magically slipped into her clothes in an instant.
The video has since reached over 49 million views and over 4.6 million likes, leaving followers wanting more.
Within a week, she went from having 22,000 followers to one million, which also boosted her OnlyFans page, with the model raking in the cash as a result.
How Social Media Reacted

Referring to when she changed out of her clothes, one user wrote: “Why u didn’t’ do the first thing twice.” [sic]
Another person added: “Don’t be shy give us a twirl.”
“I’m guessing the 1.3 million likes wasn’t for the special effects…,” wrote another user.

The Death Threats and Hate
But Belle also gets her fair share of hateful messages, claiming she receives death threats “all the time” – though these tend to come through TikTok, where she also shares content.
“…TikTok is by far the worse for all kinds of hate – every video I post there will be a hate comment somewhere,” Belle said.
“I don’t delete the comments though, I find it best to just thank them for boosting my video.
“You can’t let anything like that in this industry bring you down.”
Her Punishing Work Schedule

Belle now dedicates her time to growing her platform, working seven days a week for around 16 hours a day.
While she does indulge in the occasional splurge – including buying a custom Ford Ranger car – she is saving most of her income and plans to invest in property in the future.
“80% of my money is in a business account, looking to invest in the future,” she said.
“But I also do book holidays through the business and call it a business trip which that’s what it is – I don’t go on holiday and forget about my work I still have to be online every single day so I don’t get a break.
“I just get to work from the beach one day instead of at home.
“I just recently booked to go to Stella Island [Greece] in August, which has its own private pool so that should be fun!”
The Drunken Decision That Made Her Rich
Belle’s viral moment came about entirely by chance – and while she was tipsy.
“So it’s New Year’s Eve Eve and I filmed a few new TikToks,” she told Jam Press.
“I didn’t like a particular one and thought I would save it for some point in my drafts.
“Anyways I’m in hot tub, drinking gin. I become a little tipsy and I post the video online anyway.”
The decision to upload a video she initially dismissed transformed her financial situation overnight.
“At the time, I left my job comfortably making £7,000 a month [from OnlyFans] and was pursuing work in the adult industry,” she said.
“Since the TikTok video blew up, I’m now making £700 a day.”
From Care Work to Content Creation

Belle’s transition from healthcare to OnlyFans represents a dramatic career shift.
As a team leader working with children and adults diagnosed with autism, she held a position of responsibility and care.
The decision to leave that role for adult content creation came after she realised the earning potential of her OnlyFans page.
Starting the page in May 2020 as a side income, she never anticipated it would become lucrative enough to replace her full-time salary.
The Economics of Hair Washing
Belle’s revelation that a fan paid $400 (£295) just to watch her wash and brush her hair highlights the diverse nature of OnlyFans content requests.
Not all requests are explicitly sexual – some subscribers pay premium prices for seemingly mundane activities.
Her long hair has become an unexpected asset, with requests for hair washing, plaiting, and other hair-related videos forming part of her content portfolio.
This demonstrates how creators can monetise various aspects of their appearance and daily routines.
Her Most Generous Fan

One particular subscriber has spent over £20,000 on Belle, going beyond just tipping on the platform.
This superfan foots the bill when she goes out and buys her clothes, demonstrating the intense loyalty some OnlyFans creators inspire.
Such generous patrons can provide a substantial and reliable income stream for top creators.
The relationship between creator and high-spending subscriber often involves regular communication and personalised content.
The TikTok Hate Machine
Despite her success, Belle faces constant negativity on TikTok, receiving death threats regularly.
“TikTok is by far the worse for all kinds of hate – every video I post there will be a hate comment somewhere,” she said.
Her strategy of thanking haters for “boosting” her video demonstrates a savvy understanding of social media algorithms.
Engagement of any kind – even negative – can increase a video’s reach and visibility.
Why She Doesn’t Delete Hate Comments

Belle’s decision not to delete hateful comments reflects a practical approach to managing her online presence.
By acknowledging that “you can’t let anything like that in this industry bring you down”, she demonstrates the thick skin required for success in adult content creation.
Her ability to reframe hate as free promotion shows resilience and business acumen.
This approach may also make her appear more authentic and unfiltered to her fanbase.
The Reality of 16-Hour Days
Belle’s claim that she works seven days a week for around 16 hours daily challenges assumptions about OnlyFans being “easy money”.
Creating content, responding to messages, managing social media, and maintaining her brand requires constant effort and attention.
The lack of days off means she’s effectively always “on”, even during supposed holidays.

Her Investment Strategy
With 80% of her earnings kept in a business account, Belle demonstrates financial prudence uncommon among young people who suddenly acquire wealth.
Her plan to invest in property suggests she views OnlyFans as a means to long-term financial security rather than just immediate gratification.
The custom Ford Ranger represents one of her few indulgences, with most purchases categorised as business expenses.
Working from the Beach

Belle’s description of holidays as “business trips” reflects the reality that OnlyFans creators can rarely fully disconnect.
The need to be “online every single day” means traditional holidays don’t exist – just changes of scenery while working.
Her upcoming trip to Stella Island in Greece, with its private pool, offers opportunities for both relaxation and content creation.
This blurring of work and leisure is common among influencers and content creators whose income depends on constant visibility.
How Her Boyfriend Helps
Belle’s boyfriend plays a crucial role in her success, helping make and organise content.
Many successful OnlyFans creators work with partners who assist with photography, videography, editing, and business management.
This support allows Belle to maintain her punishing schedule while producing quality content.
The arrangement requires a relationship dynamic where both partners are comfortable with the nature of the work.
Family Support Makes the Difference
Belle’s family and friends being “very supportive” contrasts with many OnlyFans creators who face judgment and rejection from loved ones.
Their awareness of her financial success helps them understand and accept her career choice.
The phrase “do it whilst I can” suggests Belle and her family view this as a time-limited opportunity to maximise earnings.
This pragmatic approach treats OnlyFans as a lucrative phase rather than a permanent career.
The £7,000 Starting Point

When Belle left her healthcare job, she was already earning £7,000 monthly from OnlyFans – a comfortable income that exceeded many full-time salaries.
This financial cushion allowed her to make the leap from healthcare to content creation with some security.
The decision to leave came before her viral moment, showing confidence in her ability to grow the business.
Her earnings have since increased dramatically, reaching £51,000 monthly at their peak.
The Impact of Going Viral
Belle’s jump from 22,000 to one million TikTok followers within a week represents exponential growth rarely seen on social media.
This sudden visibility directly translated into OnlyFans subscriptions and a £49,000 payday in her first post-viral month.
The viral video served as free advertising to millions of potential subscribers.
Going from £7,000 to £49,000 monthly represents a 700% increase in earnings triggered by one drunken upload.
The Special Effects That Sold It

While Belle’s transition effect made the video technically impressive, commenters acknowledged the real draw wasn’t the special effects.
The combination of technical skill and sexual appeal created a perfectly shareable viral moment.
The Calvin Klein underwear reveal struck a balance between suggestive and platform-appropriate.
This ability to create TikTok-friendly content that drives adult platform subscriptions is a key skill for modern OnlyFans creators.
Why She Posted While Tipsy
Belle’s admission that she posted the viral video while “a little tipsy” after drinking gin in her hot tub adds a relatable, humanising element to her success story.
The lowered inhibitions from alcohol allowed her to share content she’d initially rejected as not good enough.
This spontaneous decision – made in a moment of relaxation – transformed her financial future.
The story serves as a reminder that perfectionism can sometimes hold creators back from success.
