A professional dominatrix earning £69,000 a month on OnlyFans has opened up about why powerful men pay her to dominate and humiliate them, claiming many are trying to work through past trauma.
Known as Mistress Cleopatra, the 32-year-old has built a lucrative career catering to wealthy clients, many of whom are CEOs or high-status professionals carrying emotional baggage from childhood bullying.
Operating out of her Amsterdam-based “dungeon,” Cleopatra says her sessions are less about sex and more about psychological release.

A lot of these men were bullied at school and never let it go,” she explained. “They want to be humiliated, even physically. It’s a part of them they’re trying to reconnect with and overcome.”

With 249,000 followers on Instagram and Twitter, Cleopatra describes the transformation she witnesses during sessions as profound. “They come in carrying this heavy energy.
But once they release that tension, it’s like they’re reborn,” she said. “We talk after, have a drink, laugh, and plan the next session. I’m often someone they confide in.”
She likens the experience to the emotional high after a tough gym workout, arguing that for many men, submitting to her control helps them reclaim a sense of identity lost in the pressures of adulthood. “It relaxes them knowing I’m in charge. They don’t have to think,” she said. “It’s more mental than sexual.”

Despite her intense persona during sessions, Cleopatra says she easily separates her professional life from her personal one.
I’m actually introverted and love staying home,” she revealed. “I’m empathetic and sensitive in real life, but I know how to keep work and home apart.”
After moving from Egypt to Amsterdam in 1998, she carved out her own path in the dominatrix world, eventually stepping away from the wider community due to competitiveness and jealousy.

Other doms didn’t like that I was taking their subs,” she said. “There was drama, but I chose to go solo, and I’ve thrived because of it.”
Now, Cleopatra is expanding her empire by mentoring others. She manages up to eight clients hoping to break into either the dominatrix industry or OnlyFans.
They don’t know the work it takes I coach them, have weekly calls, and basically teach them everything,” she said. “People think it’s just posing online, but I research constantly and invest in other businesses too.”

Beyond her success, Cleopatra says her favourite part of the job is being able to care for her loved ones. “I like to spend the money I earn on my family.
That’s where I find happiness,” she said. “People expect me to be wild, but I just enjoy being alone. There’s a balance between who I am at work and who I am at home.”
