A model and die-hard Arsenal supporter has opened up about her sex life, revealing which age group she believes performs best in bed and what she’s doing to help more women reach orgasm.
Arabella Mia, 27, known online as @greengirlbellauk with over 360,000 Instagram followers, says she takes her bedroom experiences as seriously as her football fandom.
Proudly outspoken, Arabella doesn’t hold back when it comes to giving her partners feedback and believes her honesty is doing other women a favour.

“I’m very direct in the bedroom and I have no issue showing a man what I like,” she said. “I’ve slept with people from 18 to 65, and honestly, the idea that older men are automatically better in bed is a myth.”
According to her, men over 30 generally have a better grasp of foreplay, while those past 40 often bring more passion.
But it’s younger men, particularly those between 23 and 27, that have impressed her most. “They put in more effort to make sure I’m enjoying myself, and that makes all the difference,” she said.
