Cintia Cossio, a 27-year-old influencer from Medellín with over 15 million followers, has stirred debate after revealing that her eight-year-old son, Thiago, knows about her presence on OnlyFans.
During a radio interview, the content creator said she’s always been honest with him about her work, explaining it early on to prevent future surprises as he grows older.
She added that Thiago had questions when strangers began approaching them for photos in public, but she chose not to hide the reasons behind her fame.

While Thiago isn’t allowed on social media himself, Cintia says he’s aware of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X and OnlyFans, and understands what they’re for.
She’s introduced him to the digital world in stages, saying she’s careful about what he learns and when.
Since he was little, she’s taught him that some topics are best saved for later, and now he often tells her, “Mum, you’ll tell me when I’m older,” if something feels too grown-up.
Cintia, who charges $18 a month for her adult content, has built a huge following and regularly deals with fans recognising her in public.
She shares her parenting with social media star Jhoan López, her ex-partner of 12 years, whom she separated from in 2023.
Her family is no stranger to headlines either her brother, Yeferson Cossio, recently made news after undergoing a controversial surgery that allegedly added four inches to his height.
