A group of glamorous influencers in Colombia have formed what’s being dubbed the “world’s most beautiful football team.”
Known as Santas FC, the Medellín-based squad has exploded in popularity online, attracting 1.2 million followers on Instagram and over 460,000 fans on Facebook.
The team, made up of models and online personalities, describes itself as “influencers who play soccer” and participates in both exhibition matches and competitions.

Match days are anything but ordinary, with performances from cheerleaders who deliver provocative routines from the sidelines, adding to the team’s viral appeal.
Santas FC features social media stars such as Elizabeth López (1.2 million followers), Maria Paula Villao (292,000), Kathe Muñoz (201,000), and Nora Isabel Arias (176,000).
Leading the team is CEO and player Mónica Vallejo, the club’s most-followed member with 1.1 million followers on Instagram, a backup account with 67,000, and nearly 9 million fans on TikTok.
Dressed in striking violet and black kits, the players often wear figure-hugging strips that keep the crowd’s attention firmly on the field. Fans online have showered them with praise, calling them “football goddesses” and cheering on individual favourites.
One wrote, “Besides being very beautiful, they are very good. They play really well.” Others promised to attend matches in person, while some critics questioned the authenticity of their appearances.
Despite the mixed reactions, Santas FC continues to grow, blending sport, social media, and showmanship into a formula that’s clearly winning over the internet.
