Model Paige British says she can’t leave the house without turning heads and not always in a good way. The 28-year-old from Cheshire has spent a staggering £80,000 transforming her appearance through plastic surgery, including £40,000 on her breasts alone.
After undergoing 14 cosmetic procedures, she proudly describes herself as “filled with plastic” and says her dramatic enhancements often make others, especially women, uncomfortable.
Paige recently flew to Los Angeles to undergo her latest surgery, spending £17,000 to increase her cup size from a H to an I.

Since returning to the UK, she says her surgically enhanced chest is a constant source of judgment. “Other women are threatened,” she told Nude Newz.
They’re just jealous. I dress modestly, but I can’t escape the judgmental glances. People even message me online saying they’re disgusted and asking what I’ve done to myself. But I’m not bothered. There’s always going to be haters.”
Her current cup size is roughly double the UK average (DD), and while Paige admits the size causes back pain, she insists the results are worth it. “It’s like an addiction,” she said. “It’s never-ending but I love it.”
Despite the physical strain, Paige isn’t planning on stopping any time soon. In fact, she’s already saving for her next procedure. But she says her appearance hasn’t driven a wedge between her and her husband.
Quite the opposite he’s been her biggest supporter. “He was with me before any surgery and has loved me through every stage. He’s always been a fan.”
Paige’s extreme transformation has paid off financially too. Now the main breadwinner, she rakes in around £80,000 a month by sharing racy content online, and recently treated herself to a Ferrari.
While her look might divide opinion, Paige is thriving unapologetically living life on her terms, plastic and all.
