Barbie Nicole, a Los Angeles-based glamour model who proudly calls herself a “plastic bimbo” and “trophy gold digger,” says she’s done with cosmetic surgery for now.
After spending more than $150,000 since age 23 on extreme enhancements including seven breast augmentations, bum implants, and a nose job, she’s taking a break and plans to go surgery-free for at least a year.
Now 40, Barbie says she’s finally satisfied with her appearance. “I don’t want to change anymore.

I’ve been lucky not to have many complications, and I don’t have body dysmorphia. I’m happy with my plastic body,” she told Nude Newz .
Her cosmetic journey began after a divorce when she wanted to feel more confident. With encouragement from her fiancé, she increased her breast implants from 1200cc to 2800cc, even installing an internal bra to support the size.
A minor leak did shake her briefly, but she says she now loves her current look and isn’t sure if she’ll go bigger in the future.
Her breasts now weigh around 8 pounds each, but years of exotic dancing have kept her back strong.
While she’s pressing pause on surgery, Barbie insists she wouldn’t downsize and feels her body is finally perfect. “I’m not recovering from anything right now. I feel great. There’s no need to change anymore.”
