Former Playboy model Char Borley has built a thriving career as a virtual personal trainer, charging up to £2,000 an hour and that’s before penalty fees kick in.

The 40-year-old from London, who boasts 522,000 Instagram followers (@char.borley), now earns thousands per day running a strict online fitness programme, where clients are fined £500 if they slip up on their plans or fail to meet weight loss goals.

After leaving behind her days as a competitive bodybuilder and stepping away from in-person training due to unwanted attention at gyms, Char took her business online.

Char says her upfront £2,000 fee covers at least one week of training, and her tough-love approach attracts clients who enjoy her dominant personality and no-nonsense methods.

While most of her clients are men, she also works with women one of whom lost over two stone in four months. Another woman, she claims, used her coaching to make £20,000 in just her second month creating online content.

In addition to fitness, Char runs a ‘Girlfriend Experience’ package, charging fans £1,000 per week for daily phone calls, exclusive content, and personal fitness tips.

She says that while her career was once criticised, she now feels empowered and unapologetic. “People used to say I had no dignity,” she said. “Now I can do what I want, when I want, and I’m proud of that.”
