Sexist men don’t take me seriously – so I’m building a £1M car empire as my exit strategy

A car enthusiast who’s spent over £1 million on supercars has revealed how she’s using her automotive passion to build a new career despite facing constant sexism.

Bonnie Locket, 35, from Cheshire, owns a garage full of luxury vehicles including a £350,000 Lamborghini Aventador with 1,400 horsepower.

The influencer, who currently earns between £150,000-£250,000 monthly through OnlyFans, is leveraging her lifelong love of cars to create an exit strategy from adult content.

But despite her extensive knowledge and impressive collection, she faces regular dismissive comments from men in the motoring world.

“There are so many people that say ‘get her out the car scene’,” Bonnie told NudeNewz.

“It’s not very nice and I’m fed up of sexist men.”

Fighting Assumptions and Stereotypes

Bonnie’s car-focused social media presence has attracted both genuine enthusiasts and dismissive critics.

Men regularly assume she knows nothing about vehicles simply because she’s a woman.

“I certainly don’t know everything about cars, but I know a lot,” she said.

“There are trolls out there but I try to ignore them because I know it’s only because I’m a woman that I even get those kind of comments.”

The prejudice extends beyond social media into real-world interactions at dealerships and car shows.

“Whenever my husband and I go out in the car or attend car shows, if people don’t know who I am they presume it’s his car,” she explained.

Her husband Brad quickly corrects the assumption.

“He always turns around and says ‘actually it’s my wife’s car’ – they’re always shocked!” Bonnie said.

Early Dealership Experiences

When Bonnie first started shopping for supercars, salespeople rarely took her seriously.

“When I was looking for my first supercar I wasn’t taken seriously at all, I would look round the show rooms and you could tell they were thinking I was either taking the piss or dreaming,” she said.

Her persistence and purchasing power eventually changed those dynamics.

“Now when I walk into a showroom they know I mean business, I bought my last four cars from George at GVE London and I’m a very loyal client of theirs,” Bonnie explained.

“I’m always treated impeccably well and they always give me a great reveal.”

She documents these experiences on YouTube, including reveals of her G-Wagon and Twin Turbo SV Roadster.

Family of Petrolheads

Bonnie’s automotive passion stems from childhood experiences with her car-obsessed family.

Her three older brothers regularly took her to car shows and drove modified vehicles.

“My brothers have always been well into cars and modding them,” she said.

“One brother had a Skyline and my mom, who is now 70, has an Evo ten, another brother has a Ferrari and I had my first supercar at 27.”

Even her 70-year-old mother drives performance cars, demonstrating that the family’s enthusiasm spans generations.

“My brothers would always take me out in their cars and drive really fast with me and as a kid I just absolutely loved it,” Bonnie recalled.

“Cars have been a huge thing in our family, whenever I got a new car, I’d go home to show them.”

Her husband Brad shares the passion, taking her to the Festival of Speed every year for their anniversary.

The Strategic Advantage

Despite facing sexism, Bonnie recognizes that being a woman provides unique opportunities in the automotive space.

She creates content that male creators might struggle to produce.

“I don’t know if a guy could get away with doing what I do – like when I go up to people at car shows and get them to rev their engine and things like that,” she said.

“It is really fun and people at these car shows don’t always get to hear what the car sounds like because they’re static shows.”

Her approach has generated massive engagement on social media.

“My TikTok has really blown up in the last week from when I did my first show, displaying my own car at Petrol Hedonism – I probably had 20 million views this week,” Bonnie revealed.

Like other content creators who’ve found success in niche communities, Bonnie has identified what makes her content valuable to audiences.

Trolling the Trolls

Bonnie has developed a clever strategy to turn sexist assumptions into engagement opportunities.

She deliberately posts misleading captions to bait commenters into correcting her.

“I pretend to play dumb when writing captions – like saying a car is a ‘beautiful supra when it’s actually an evo’ baiting men into leaving comments,” she explained.

“But I think people are catching on, it’s quite obviously a joke.”

The tactic generates comments and boosts her content’s algorithmic performance while highlighting the condescending attitudes she faces.

Impressive Collection

Over the years, Bonnie has owned and driven an extraordinary range of high-performance vehicles.

Her collection has included a Lamborghini Gallardo, Jaguar XKR, Mercedes AMG GTS, and Ferrari California T.

She currently owns an SV Roadster, a Lamborghini which she’s had Twin Turboed, and an AMG G63.

The Lamborghini, at 1,400 horsepower, is the fastest car she’s ever owned.

At £350,000, the Aventador represents just one piece of the over £1 million she’s invested in vehicles throughout her life.

Racing Ambitions

Bonnie isn’t content just collecting and showing cars – she wants to race them competitively.

“I would like to do drag racing and I would also like to build a drift car and start doing drifting,” she said.

She’s already completed a drifting day with Jolene McDonald, known as Jojo, one of the UK’s most respected female drift drivers.

“I wanted to do it with a woman, there are so many people who aren’t very nice about women being on the car scene,” Bonnie explained.

The experience confirmed her interest in pursuing motorsports more seriously.

The Unique SV Roadster

Bonnie’s Twin Turbo SV Roadster holds special significance as a one-of-a-kind vehicle.

“It’s the only Twin Turbo SV roadster in the world so I’m really proud to be able to bring the car for everybody to see here in the UK,” she said.

The vehicle’s uniqueness makes it a major attraction at car shows and generates substantial social media attention.

Building an Exit Strategy

While her automotive content initially started to boost her OnlyFans presence, it’s evolved into something much more strategic.

“One of the main reasons I’m doing it is to be able to get out of OnlyFans,” Bonnie revealed.

“It’s great that it’s bringing traction to my page but ultimately that isn’t actually why I’m doing it – I’m actually doing it to exit the game and it is a huge passion of mine.”

Her husband Brad fully supports the transition plan.

“Brad is super proud of me but he cannot wait for me to stop doing OnlyFans, purely because of the comments online,” she said.

“It really affects him because he doesn’t understand how people can be so unbelievably nasty.”

Future Family Plans

Bonnie’s exit strategy is also motivated by her desire to start a family.

“Also I want to have a baby and I don’t really want to be pregnant while doing it,” she said.

The automotive career path offers sustainability that adult content creation doesn’t.

“Ultimately I can’t do this forever and cars are something that I really enjoy,” Bonnie added.

Weekend Warrior

Bonnie maintains an intensive schedule of car show appearances, attending events most weekends.

“I’ve attended three car shows in the last few weeks and I’m at car shows most weekends, it’s going to be an amazing summer,” she said.

The consistent presence helps her build credibility and relationships within the automotive community.

These connections will be crucial as she transitions from content creator to legitimate automotive industry figure.

Social Media Growth

Bonnie’s car-focused Instagram page has become a powerful platform for building her automotive brand.

She initially created it to support her OnlyFans presence but it’s becoming the primary focus.

Recent viral success demonstrates the potential of her automotive content independent of adult material.

Twenty million views in a single week shows significant audience interest in her car-related content.

The Income Disparity

At £150,000-£250,000 monthly, Bonnie’s OnlyFans income far exceeds what most automotive content creators earn.

This financial cushion allows her to invest heavily in her car collection and racing ambitions without immediate pressure to monetize.

The substantial earnings also mean she can afford to take time building her automotive career properly before fully transitioning.

However, the emotional and social costs of continuing have become too high for both her and her husband.

Breaking Barriers

Despite the challenges, Bonnie remains committed to claiming her space in the automotive world.

Her combination of genuine knowledge, substantial investment, and growing social media presence gives her credibility.

The viral success of her recent content suggests audiences are receptive to her unique perspective.

As more women enter traditionally male spaces, pioneers like Bonnie help normalize female enthusiasm for cars and racing.

Her journey from OnlyFans success to automotive industry aspirations demonstrates that career transitions are possible with strategic planning and genuine passion.
