A model has claimed women are constantly turning to her for no-nonsense sex advice all because she says she “knows exactly how men think” after living life as one herself.
Lana Madison, a 29-year-old transgender influencer with a massive following on Instagram (@onlylanamadison), believes her unique perspective gives her a serious edge when it comes to decoding male desire and according to her, that insight has made her an unofficial sex coach to hundreds of women across the world.
Lana says her DMs are flooded every week with messages from women desperate to keep their partners satisfied in the bedroom.

Thanks to her own experience before transitioning, she insists she understands what men truly crave and isn’t afraid to give blunt, practical advice without the fluff. “I know how men think in bed – because I used to be one,” she said. “I don’t sugar-coat anything.
