A porn star who gets flooded with over 100 messages a day from anxious men worried about their penis size is on a mission to change the narrative around male insecurity.
Madelynn May, who earns $1.8 million a year from her adult content, says she’s constantly contacted by men who feel inadequate and she’s made it her goal to promote what she calls “penis positivity.”
With 660,000 followers on Instagram (@bubblebabyz0), the Las Vegas based performer says the messages she receives are often heartfelt and full of self-doubt.

I get at least 100 messages every day from guys who feel insecure about their penis size,” she explained. “The only place they see other men’s penises is porn, and of course, those guys are huge – because it’s entertainment. But that’s not reality.”

Having filmed scenes with partners ranging from four inches to fourteen, Madelynn says pleasure isn’t about size, and being bigger doesn’t automatically make someone better in bed. In fact, she says some male porn stars with large endowments feel just as insecure.
“I’ve seen men in the industry worry they’re too big,” she said. “Some even angle their photos to make themselves look smaller because they’re afraid it’ll scare people off.”

What saddens her most is how deeply this insecurity runs. “It’s made me realise how widespread the issue really is,” she said. “We always talk about body positivity for women, but men need that message too. No one should feel ashamed about something they can’t control.”
When men reach out, whether single or in relationships, Madelynn takes time to respond with compassion and reassurance. Some send photos, hoping for validation, and she says she’s always careful to respond in a way that builds confidence.

I’ll tell them they have a pretty penis, or answer their questions if they’re nervous about something specific,” she said. “Sometimes I’ll even give tips if they’re worried about pleasing their partner. Every penis deserves attention.”
Madelynn has worked in the adult industry for five years, starting out as a stripper while living in her parents’ basement and relying on food stamps. After moving to OnlyFans, her income soared to around $150,000 a month, and she’s since bought two homes and multiple cars outright.
But for her, it’s not just about the financial success. “Of course, I enjoy the freedom,” she said. “But I also genuinely love what I do especially helping people feel better about themselves. I want to show both men and women that your worth isn’t measured in inches. It’s about who you are, not what you look like.”
