Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026.

Nude Newz (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes news, features and guides about the creator economy, OnlyFans and the wider adult industry at nudenewz.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect from visitors and contributors, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It’s written to be specific to how this site actually works, rather than a generic template.

Who we are

Nude Newz is operated by JamPrime. If you have any question about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at editor@nudenewz.com.

Age of our audience

Nude Newz is a news and commentary site aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at the address above and we will remove it.

What we collect, and why

Comments

When you leave a comment, we collect the information shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string, to help us detect spam. An anonymised, hashed version of your email address may be checked against the Gravatar service to see whether you have a profile photo associated with it; if approved, that photo is shown next to your comment. The Gravatar service’s own privacy policy is at automattic.com/privacy.

Newsletter sign-ups

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address solely to send you the updates you’ve asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by contacting us directly.

Contact form

If you get in touch through our contact page, we collect whatever details you provide (typically your name, email address and message) so we can respond to you. We keep this correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. Full details of what cookies we set and how to manage them are on our Cookies page.

Embedded content and third parties

Articles on this site may include embedded content (for example, X/Twitter or Instagram posts). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if you had visited that other website directly, and that site may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

How long we keep data

Comment data and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognise and approve follow-up comments automatically, rather than holding them in a moderation queue. Newsletter and contact-form data are kept only for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you’ve provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, except where we’re required to keep it for administrative, legal or security purposes. To make either request, email editor@nudenewz.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under UK GDPR or other applicable data protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Data submitted through our newsletter or contact form is processed by the third-party tools we use to run those features, solely for that purpose.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site, or the law, changes. We’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page when we do.

This policy is intended to describe our actual data practices in plain language. It isn’t a substitute for tailored legal advice, and given the sensitive subject matter this site covers, we’d recommend having it reviewed by a solicitor familiar with UK GDPR and the Online Safety Act before relying on it as a complete compliance document.
