Men might want to tread carefully on Thursday nights, as new research has revealed it’s the prime time they’re most likely to splash out on sexting sessions with adult creators.
Dubbed “Thirsty Thursdays,” the 8pm slot has emerged as a peak window for spending on platforms like OnlyFans especially among men who may already be sharing a sofa, or even a bed, with a partner.
The data comes from Supercreator, an AI-powered OnlyFans management platform, which analysed user activity and spending habits.

Their findings show that from Monday to Friday, adult content creators rake in the most income between 6pm and 10pm, with Thursday evening consistently topping the chart. Wednesday and Friday follow closely behind, but Thursday is officially the golden hour for getting steamy and getting paid.

Top OnlyFans model Priscilla Reiss, who ranks in the platform’s top 1% of earners, has noticed the pattern so clearly that she’s rescheduled her personal life around it. “I’ve had to cancel Thursday drinks with the girls more than once,” said the 32 year old, who boasts 89,000 Instagram followers.
Sometimes I’ll be getting dressed for dinner when a fan logs on ready to buy a sexting session—so I kick off my heels and stay in. At least I already have my makeup done.”
Priscilla, who starts her day at 5.30am, says her real work begins once the rest of the world logs off. “From 5pm onwards, it’s game time fan engagement, live shows, messages. And yeah, some of my fans are definitely married or in relationships. You can kind of tell. But I’m not here to judge.”

The late-evening spike isn’t just happening in one time zone, either. Creators like 24-year-old Makiyah Belle, based in Australia, have had to completely rearrange their schedules to cater to fans in the US and Europe.
Logging on around 1pm Aussie time aligns perfectly with the US’s prime 8pm PST window. “At some points in my career, I was running on four hours of sleep a day just to stay accessible,” Makiyah said. “Being online during those hours makes a massive difference in tips, sales, and engagement.”

Sophie Rain, one of the most successful adult creators globally, with an estimated $80 million earned from her content, agrees that evenings are the hot zone for fan interaction—especially with those in relationships. “A lot of my fans are married,” she said. “But they’re not always looking for something sexual. A lot just want emotional support or someone to talk to.”
While some might raise an eyebrow at the idea of committed partners sneaking off for virtual flings, creators insist it’s often less about infidelity and more about escapism or connection. “I’m not trying to break up any happy homes,” Sophie added.
I just offer a space where people can be heard and not judged. Everyone likes having someone who listens.”
With Thursday nights now unofficially crowned the most lucrative time for adult content, it’s clear that while some men may be pretending to wind down after work, they’re actually firing up a completely different kind of evening.
