Elaina St James, a content creator often dubbed the “world’s hottest cougar,” has revealed that a botched liposuction on her stomach unexpectedly caused her breasts to jump three cup sizes and they’re still growing.
The 58-year-old, who has over 430,000 followers on Instagram, originally underwent the $10,000 procedure in hopes of toning her midsection after years of feeling self-conscious on camera.
But instead of smooth results, she was left with a lumpy stomach and a dramatically expanding bust.

“I was wearing a DD cup for years,” she said. “Then suddenly my bras didn’t fit anymore. I was overflowing, but I hadn’t gained weight anywhere else.”
At first, she dismissed the change. Between moving house and motherhood, she didn’t have time to obsess over the shift.
But after booking a revision surgery 16 months later, a second doctor confirmed the unusual side effect her body had compensated for the lost fat in her abdomen by redistributing it to her chest.
Though initially stunned, Elaina said she later found out that this phenomenon isn’t unheard of. A 2007 study even reported that nearly half of liposuction patients noticed a breast size increase post-surgery.
Now a 36G, Elaina’s new figure has forced her to completely revamp her lingerie drawer costing her $450 in new bras so far and she’s bracing herself for further growth.
“It’s getting to the point where they might become too much to manage,” she said.
Still, the unexpected transformation has paid off in her industry. Fans were quick to notice the shift before she even registered it herself, and the new look has boosted her popularity.

Elaina maintains that she never wanted breast enhancement, as she was already naturally well-endowed. But despite the surprise and added cost, she’s chosen to embrace the change.
“There’s so much pressure on women to look good at any age,” she said. “And if someone wants to fix an insecurity, I support that. I didn’t plan on getting a boob job, but I’m not mad about it either. I feel more confident than ever and apparently, men love it.”
