Karol Rosalin, a 25-year-old fitness influencer, says she’s willing to do whatever it takes to keep her glutes in peak shape including spending around £3,100 a month on a personal trainer whose only job is to sculpt her behind.
Her routine includes an intense 2,500 squats per week, broken down into roughly 357 squats a day, and she admits it takes serious discipline to keep it up.
She works with a coach who designs workouts focused solely on her glutes and oversees every move to make sure her form is flawless.

Karol believes the steep cost is a worthwhile investment in her goals, especially now that she’s been named ‘Perfect Fitness Woman’ by Playboy Australia.

For her, showing she earned the title means staying consistent and pushing for more. “It’s not just about maintaining anymore I want to go further,” she said.
Her training varies depending on the day. Sometimes it’s all about squats, other days it’s a mix of weights and glute-targeting exercises, and by the end of each session she’s completely drained but never complains, since the progress is obvious.

Alongside her workouts, Karol follows a strict, well-balanced diet centred around lean protein, complex carbs, and fresh produce. She avoids junk food even when she’s tempted, knowing that each meal affects her results.
While some might assume genetics play a role, she insists her body is the result of nothing but hard work, structure, and investment. “If you want perfection, you have to work for it,” she said. “This isn’t luck it’s total dedication.”
