Model and adult content creator Chloe Amour is calling out what she sees as a widespread issue: men who have no idea how to truly please a woman.

The 32-year-old, who boasts over 2.1 million followers on Instagram, says her inbox is flooded daily with messages from men asking for advice on sex specifically, how to improve in the bedroom.

“Clueless men absolutely need lessons in how to find the clitoris or give decent oral sex,” Chloe said.

Giving good head is the number one thing most men either don’t know how to do or don’t even offer. They forget basic things like using lubrication and expect us to enjoy it regardless.”

Chloe, who wasn’t encouraged to explore her sexuality growing up and was taught to wait until marriage to have sex, says that shame around female pleasure still runs deep. Her own sexual confidence came much later, after entering the adult industry.

Now, she’s not shy about speaking up even in the moment and says she’s stopped partners mid-act to give direct feedback.

She believes many men are conditioned to be selfish in bed, expecting satisfaction without putting in the same effort. “Sex shouldn’t be awkward or painful,” she said. “Ask what we want. It’s really not that hard yet so many of them have no idea.”

The questions she receives most often are about how to please a woman orally or anally, and Chloe isn’t afraid to give blunt advice. She recommends men prioritise clitoral stimulation, use plenty of lube, and make sure their hands are clean.

For anal sex, she urges open communication ahead of time, especially when it comes to positions and comfort “especially if you’re well-endowed,” she noted.

But her advice doesn’t stop at technique. Chloe encourages both men and women to create space for open dialogue and mutual respect.

All women are different. Pay attention to her body language, listen to her energy, and let her guide you the same way she’d follow your lead,” she explained.

She also offered simple but often overlooked suggestions for better foreplay like neck kisses, ear nibbles, whispering, full-body touch, and even a gentle foot massage. “There are so many areas of the body we ignore,” she said. “Exploration is key.”

While Chloe is hopeful that men can improve, she also urges women not to stay silent. “Speak up,” she said.

If you don’t communicate, you’re just setting yourself up for more bad sex and eventually, resentment. If your partner truly cares about you, they’ll want to know how to please you and vice versa.”
