Annie Knight, a 26-year-old model from Melbourne who’s gained viral fame as “Australia’s most sexually active woman,” has shared the number one thing she believes men consistently get wrong in bed and it all comes down to foreplay.
With an estimated 500 partners and eight regular lovers currently on rotation, Annie says she’s had more than enough experience to spot a pattern.
“Next to none of them make time to find my pleasure spot,” she told Nude PR. “They’re all in-and-out, one-and-done.

Once they’ve rushed through foreplay or skipped it altogether it’s straight into jackhammer sex. I don’t know who taught them to do it that way, but it definitely wasn’t a woman.”

Annie claims most men have little to no idea how to use their hands properly, admitting she’s had to deal with painful and even bloody experiences due to rough fingering. “I’ve bled so many times because they think rougher is better it’s not.
They don’t know what they’re doing, and honestly, it’s not their fault. Most have learned everything they know from porn, and that’s just not how real sex works.”
She says she often finds herself having to slow her partners down and teach them how to approach a woman’s body with more patience and care.

I always tell them, slow down it makes it better for both of us. It builds anticipation. I can’t count how many times I’ve had to explain where the clitoris is or how to reach the G-spot.”
Outside the bedroom, Annie has built a thriving career from her “spicy” content, claiming she earns a staggering $200,000 AUD (around £105,000) per month or roughly $2 million AUD per year.
She’s made headlines for her blunt honesty about sex, her unconventional lifestyle, and even her approach to dating, which she admits isn’t very traditional.

I used to only go on three dates a year,” she said. “So I started dating more as a challenge, and now I post reviews of the dates to hold myself accountable.”
Annie is upfront about her job, including it on her dating profiles so there are no surprises. “They know what I do before we ever meet I’m not hiding it and I have nothing to be ashamed of,” she said.
Usually they’ve followed me on Instagram beforehand and already have an idea of who I am and what I do.”

Her advice to men is clear: forget what you think you know from porn, take your time, and learn how to truly connect with your partner.
If you can’t take a moment to understand how a woman’s body works, you’re not going to be good in bed no matter how many women you think you’ve impressed.”
