OnlyFans star Kylie Rocket was among just 68 people Matthew Perry followed on Instagram before his sudden death.
The Friends actor, who passed away on 28 October at his Los Angeles home aged 54, mostly followed celebrities, athletes and close friends, but Kylie’s account stood out.
The 22-year-old adult film actress from Fort Lauderdale has over 351,000 Instagram followers and a growing presence in the adult industry.

Known for leaving a minimum wage job at a chicken shop behind, she now earns over £11,500 ($14,000) a week through film work and content creation.
Since switching careers in 2020, she’s starred in more than 100 adult films, been nominated for five AVN awards, and featured in Playboy.
Reflecting on her journey, Kylie said she was proud to have transformed her life, calling herself bold for choosing a path many her age only consider but don’t pursue. “While they are close-minded, judging and miserable, I’m getting rich and having fun,” she said.
Though she didn’t follow Perry back, she previously claimed he was a “huge fan” of her work.
Some fans noted her resemblance to two key women in Perry’s life his assistant Briana Brancato and ex-fiancée Molly Hurwitz though no romantic connection was confirmed between them.
Perry’s cause of death remains listed as ‘deferred’ by LA County officials, pending toxicology results.
