Brazilian influencer and former adult film star Elisa Sanches has claimed she spent $20,000 on hymen reconstruction surgery, sparking a mix of fascination and criticism online.
The 39-year-old, who has 1.7 million Instagram followers (@elisasanchesreal) and is reportedly one of Brazil’s most searched women, said the decision was influenced by fan curiosity and her own insecurities about her body.
Elisa revealed that she regularly receives messages from followers asking about her vulva and even fantasising about witnessing her “first time.”

With that in mind, she created a waiting list on OnlyFans, offering exclusive access to view her surgically restored hymen once it heals, with a reveal set for November.
“Only a few selected people will be able to see,” she said, noting the excitement it’s already generated among subscribers.
Elisa explained that hymen reconstruction was something she had considered before and decided to follow through on after years in the adult industry and persistent fan interest.
The move has been met with mixed reactions. While some praised her boldness and business savvy, others questioned her motives.
Elisa shrugged off the criticism, saying her work is known for pushing boundaries and she owes no one an explanation.
