Tired of navigating modern dating the old-fashioned way, London-based influencer Vera Dijkmans has taken matters into her own hands by launching a “boyfriend application” online and says she’s already been flooded with around 3,000 submissions in just 24 hours.
Sharing the digital form with her 374,000 TikTok followers (@veradijkmans), Vera made her pitch clear: she’s ready to settle down, but only with someone who ticks all the right boxes.
In a video that’s now gained over 47,000 views and nearly 5,000 likes, she breaks down what she’s looking for in a partner.

The application form doesn’t hold back it asks potential suitors everything from whether they live with their parents, if they’re juggling current “booty calls,” to if they own a car.

“Some people find it weird I’m using an application to find love,” Vera told NudeNewz, “but honestly, the feedback’s been mostly positive. I want to know straight away if someone’s actually a good match.”
Despite never having been in a long-term relationship, the model says she’s more than ready to find the real thing.
But settling doesn’t mean compromising her future boyfriend needs to be funny, financially independent, have great music taste, be loyal, and yes, enjoy watching cartoons. “I’ve been single my whole life,” she explained, “and now I want something serious but I still have high standards.”

Among the quirky responses she’s received so far: one hopeful confessed to living with his parents and lacking a car, but sweetened the deal with the fact that he owns two boats.
Another openly admitted he doesn’t like cartoons, but promised he’d never hit on her friends. One man claimed he couldn’t offer the bigger closet, but assured her of his full-time career.
Vera’s questionnaire also gives a sneak peek at her expectations for a first date. Presentation matters she says she’ll dress to impress and expects her date to match her energy. “If it’s clear he’s made no effort, I’ll notice,” she said.

As for who pays, she prefers to handle her own bill. “That way there’s no weird power play. Paying for yourself means you don’t owe anyone anything.”
Reactions online have been swift and enthusiastic, with TikTokers lining up in the comments to shoot their shot.
One wrote, “Where do I apply?” while another joked, “I’ll fill out the app but I’m way better at the interview.” Meanwhile, a fan dubbed Vera “the Supreme Goddess,” insisting no one’s truly worthy.
Though the process may seem unconventional, Vera’s approach is all about transparency and cutting through the chaos of modern dating. And with thousands already throwing their hats in the ring, she may not be single for much longer.
