A woman is using income from OnlyFans to fund her dream of living completely off-grid on a sustainable farm.
Indica Flower, 25, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has made £1.3 million in three years and earns £45,000 monthly.
The model comes from a farming family and says “living with the land” is “deeply embedded” in her DNA.

She plans to purchase acreage within the next year to build a fully solar-powered homestead where she’ll grow all her food and raise animals ethically.
“Living ‘off-grid’ and in communion with Mother Nature provides a sense of purpose that nothing else can, in my opinion,” Indica, who has 148,700 TikTok followers, told Jam Press.
“I do fully intend on committing my life to running an ethical homestead & farm for myself and my future family.”
Farming Heritage

Indica’s passion for sustainable agriculture stems from her family background.
“Agriculture and living with the land is deeply embedded in my DNA,” she said.
Her family grows sugar cane and maintains communal gardens.
“My family grows sugar cane and also has a couple communal gardens so I have access to fresh veggies and fruits as well,” Indica explained.
Her uncle keeps bees, creating a barter economy within the family.
“My uncle is a bee-keeper so I trade him eggs for fresh, local honey,” she said.
This upbringing instilled values she wants to expand in her own homestead.

Current Urban Homesteading
Despite living in an urban area, Indica has already begun her self-sufficiency journey.
She owns her current home and maximized the available space.
“Even though i currently live in an urban area, I’ve already started my journey,” she said.
Four hens provide eggs, her household’s main protein source.
“I currently already grow some of my own food and have four hens that provide me with lots of eggs,” Indica explained.
“Eggs are a main source of protein in my household.”
Indoor hydroponics systems produce herbs and leafy greens year-round.
“I’ve got my hens and I use a hydroponics system indoors to grow my herbs and leafy greens,” she said.
Outside, she cultivates potatoes and operates a full composting system.
“Outside I am growing potatoes and have a full compost system!” Indica added.
Food Source Transparency

Knowing exactly where her food originates matters deeply to Indica.
“Being able to know exactly where my food comes from is incredibly rewarding,” she said.
“No antibiotics, no chemicals.”
The transparency eliminates concerns about industrial farming practices.
She controls growing methods and animal treatment personally.
Like other people pursuing food sovereignty, Indica values the connection between production and consumption.
The Off-Grid Vision
Indica’s ultimate goal involves complete energy independence through solar power.
“I hope to eventually have a fully solar-powered homestead,” she said.
She’ll maintain running water and electricity but generate it all through renewable sources.
The plan includes raising animals ethically for products rather than meat.
“Raising ‘farm’ animals (hens for eggs, cows for milk NOT BEEF, etc.) in a loving, ethical way is so so rewarding,” she explained.
The emphasis on ethical treatment distinguishes her vision from industrial agriculture.
Unlearning Western Ways

Indica frames her journey as “unlearning” modern Western lifestyle patterns.
The 25-year-old believes contemporary living has disconnected people from sustainable practices.
Her goal involves reconnecting with land-based living her ancestors practiced.
The critique of Western consumer culture underpins her entire project.
The Financial Reality
Off-grid living requires substantial upfront investment despite eventual savings.
“It’s a very realistic goal in my opinion but like all things it does cost money,” Indica acknowledged.
Solar panel installations, land purchase, infrastructure development, and animal acquisition all demand capital.
Her OnlyFans income provides the funding traditional employment likely couldn’t match.
At £45,000 monthly, she earns approximately £540,000 annually.
This income level makes land purchase and homestead development financially viable.
Career Transition
Indica worked as a stripper for four years before transitioning to content creation three years ago.
The move from physical venue work to digital content provided better income and flexibility.
Since joining OnlyFans three years ago, she’s accumulated £1.3 million.
The wealth represents more than just income – it’s funding for her life vision.

Family Support
Indica’s parents, described as “very liberal and open-minded,” ultimately supported her career choice.
“It was definitely an adjustment at first, they were more concerned about my safety than anything,” she said.
Their concerns focused on wellbeing rather than moral judgment.
“But since they realized I was healthy and happy, it’s just been unconditional love and support,” Indica explained.
“I’m so incredibly grateful for them.”
The parental acceptance provides emotional foundation for her unconventional path.
Online Criticism

Despite family support, Indica faces harsh judgment from strangers online.
“I do get a lot of hate on the internet,” she acknowledged.
Common criticisms include assumptions about her family relationships and mental health.
“[Including] comments that say ‘I am fatherless’ or that something must be wrong with me if this is the career I chose,” she said.
Indica pushes back against these narratives directly.
“It’s 2022. I know it’s shocking but some women genuinely enjoy sex and sexual environments,” she stated.
“Let’s stop perpetuating these very harmful narratives.”
Loving the Work
Beyond just funding her dreams, Indica genuinely enjoys her current career.
“I love my job,” she said emphatically.
Her subscriber base provides acceptance she values highly.
“I have an incredible fanbase that truly accepts me for exactly who I am and has supported every endeavour since day one,” Indica explained.
The community aspect enhances the financial benefits.
Timeline for Change
Indica plans to purchase land within the next one to two years.
“I’m hoping to purchase some acreage in the next year or two and then i’ll start the official planning process,” she said.
“I’m currently waiting for the perfect land to purchase,” she added.
The careful approach ensures she finds property meeting her specific needs.
She expects to continue her current career for approximately five more years.
“I don’t see myself retiring from the p*rn industry for at least another five years,” Indica said.
The extended timeline allows her to accumulate substantial capital for homestead development.
“So realistically, [I will retire] in my early thirties!” she projected.
The Ethical Farming Emphasis

Indica repeatedly stresses ethical animal treatment in her vision.
Her planned animals provide renewable resources like eggs and milk rather than meat.
The distinction reflects values about animal welfare and sustainability.
Many small-scale farmers embrace similar ethics, raising animals in natural conditions rather than factory farm environments.
Environmental Impact
Beyond personal benefits, Indica’s vision addresses environmental concerns.
Solar power eliminates fossil fuel dependence for her household.
Growing food locally reduces transportation emissions.
Composting diverts waste from landfills.
Chemical-free growing protects soil health and water quality.
The comprehensive approach demonstrates how individual lifestyle changes can reduce environmental footprints.
The Irony Factor
Significant irony exists in using adult content income to fund wholesome farming dreams.
Critics who condemn her work enable the sustainable lifestyle they might otherwise praise.
The disconnect between income source and ultimate goal challenges easy categorization.
Early Thirties Retirement

Indica’s plan to retire from content creation in her early thirties demonstrates strategic thinking.
Many people work decades before affording retirement.
Her accelerated timeline results from maximizing high-earning years to fund future goals.
The approach shows entrepreneurial thinking beyond just earning money.
Hydroponics and Urban Farming
Indica’s current indoor growing demonstrates commitment beyond just future plans.
Hydroponics systems allow year-round production in limited space.
The technology bridges her current urban reality and future rural vision.
Her experimentation now prepares her for larger-scale future operations.
The Barter Economy
Indica’s egg-for-honey trade with her uncle represents traditional economic exchange.
Barter systems reduce cash dependence and strengthen community bonds.
Her future homestead will likely involve similar exchanges with neighbors.
The approach aligns with her broader rejection of conventional consumer culture.
Current Land Search

Indica actively searches for suitable property rather than just dreaming.
“I’m currently waiting for the perfect land to purchase,” she said.
The search requires balancing factors like location, size, soil quality, water access, and price.
Her substantial savings provide flexibility in choosing ideal property.
Future Family Considerations
Indica mentions her “future family” when discussing homestead plans.
The vision includes raising children in this environment.
Sustainable living becomes not just personal choice but inheritance for next generation.
