A former stripper says losing her job during COVID turned out to be the biggest opportunity of her life after her OnlyFans income exploded.
Jessica Sheridan, from Arizona, had been dancing in strip clubs when she was introduced to camming just months before the pandemic hit.
“I was a dancer, stripper, prior to OnlyFans,” Jessica told NudeNewz.
“I knew you could dance online but I never really looked into it.”
That changed after an unexpected encounter at work.
“One day a beautiful blonde walked into the club and put me on camming,” she said.

“I started and then months later the club shut down due to Covid, but my OnlyFans account just took off at the perfect time.”
While strip clubs across the US were forced to close, leaving thousands of dancers without income, Jessica was already building an audience online.
“For a lot of girls it was terrifying, but for me it was like everything aligned,” she said.
“The timing honestly couldn’t have been more perfect.”
Instead of struggling through lockdown, Jessica leaned fully into online content and quickly began earning more than she ever had on the club floor.
“It’s changed my life in every single way,” she said.
“I went from relying on club shifts to making my own money on my own schedule.”
Her success later opened the door to bigger opportunities in the adult industry, including professional shoots, but she says the real difference came from the independence.

“I’ve definitely grown through different phases of my life and my career,” Jessica said.
“But having control over my income and my time is the biggest thing.”
Over time, her content style also evolved.
“My content has gotten more bonding now,” she said.
“Back in the day I was more open for anything, but now I want people to feel like they actually know me, like we’re best friends.”
Jessica says the biggest misconception about creators is that success happens by accident.
“I have a lot of drive and ambition,” she said.
“People don’t see the work behind it.”
Despite the financial rewards, she’s quick to offer practical advice to anyone thinking of following a similar path.

“Save your money,” she said.
“This won’t last forever, so you have to be smart with it.”
Looking back, Jessica says what felt like a career-ending moment turned into the start of something far bigger.
“My club shutting down could have ruined everything,” she said.
“Instead, it pushed me into something that completely changed my life.”
