A law student turned OnlyFans creator who grew up in public housing says she has since bought her own home, retired her dad and helped support her entire family through her online career.
Sarah Button, from Queensland, Australia, began selling content on Snapchat in 2018 while studying for her law degree and later moved onto OnlyFans as the platform grew.
The creator, who describes her brand as “niche alternative, comedy, lifestyle and body positive”, says her success online has completely transformed her life.
“I’ve bought my home, retired my dad and I support my entire family,” said Sarah, who has 200,000 followers on Instagram (@Talltattedgirl).
“It’s really such a contrast going from public housing to being able to support everyone.”
Sarah says moving into full time content creation happened naturally once her online income began exceeding what she was earning at her part time job.

“I started on Snapchat selling content in 2018 and the move to OnlyFans was more of a natural progression,” she said.
“I decided to go full time when I realised I was making more than I was earning at my part time job.”
Before her online career took off, Sarah was studying law at university, but she says authenticity has been key to building a loyal audience.
“I think authenticity helps with the longevity,” she said.
“I’m quite tall physically and that helps set me apart as well.”
Over the years she has received plenty of unusual requests from fans.
“I’ve been asked to fart on pillowcases and mail them to fans,” she said.

“I’ve sold gym clothes and even pubic hair clippings.”
Some of her most creative projects have taken her to extreme lengths.
“I rented a small plane to film a mile high scene,” she said.
“I’ve also travelled to Antarctica to film content.”
Sarah says her ideas often come naturally while she is going about everyday life.
“They kind of just come to me as I’m living daily life, sharing my thoughts and experiences as they arise,” she said.
Her family have been supportive of her career, including her mum, who eventually started an OnlyFans page of her own.

“My mum ended up making an OnlyFans after I did,” she said.
Sarah describes herself as very family oriented and says several of her siblings now live with her in the home she purchased.
The financial change has been dramatic, and she now plans to focus on paying off her mortgage completely.
“My goal for the next 12 months is to pay off my mortgage,” she said.
Despite the freedom her career has brought, she says independence has been one of the biggest lessons she has learned.
“You do not need a man to rely on to help you,” she said.

“You’re more valuable as an independent creator.”
She added that she hopes fans feel they can relax and enjoy themselves when engaging with her content.
“I want fans to feel like they have a place to go to laugh, release and explore their urges,” she said.
“I also love making people feel seen and having them relate to my content.”
