A first-generation Latina who grew up in poverty has revealed how she built a thriving OnlyFans career from scratch – teaching herself photography, editing and marketing along the way.
Latesha Castillo, 22, was raised in financial hardship in Brownsville, Texas, but always felt drawn to creative expression over traditional paths.
After working a physically demanding job out of state, she began sharing her fitness journey on social media and gradually built a following.
The turning point came when she was offered the chance to join Playboy’s creator platform – a decision that changed her life.
“As a first-generation Latina, everything I’ve built has come from resilience and self-drive,” Latesha told NudeNewz.
“Achieving financial independence through creativity has been especially meaningful, allowing me to support both myself and my family.”

The content creator, who describes her brand as “confident, creative and self-made,” says she taught herself every aspect of her business.
“Creative control has been incredibly empowering,” she said.
“I’m able to bring my own visions to life while incorporating my passion for beauty, styling and self-expression.”
Latesha, known as @latesha.bb, says her themed shoots are among her proudest work.
“Some of my most creative content comes from shoots inspired by holidays and seasons,” she explained.

“I love building a full concept around a specific time of year – the mood, colours, styling, overall aesthetic – and bringing that vision to life.”
Coming from a traditional Christian Pentecostal background, telling her family wasn’t easy.
“It was hard for my close family to accept at first,” she admitted.
“Over time, they’ve come to respect my choices while still loving and supporting me.”
Beyond her content career, Latesha pursues other creative outlets including painting, drawing and designing.

“Fans might be surprised to know that I approach my work the same way I approach these hobbies – thinking conceptually, experimenting with visuals, and bringing my personal artistic vision to life,” she said.
Her advice for new creators? Stay organised and protect your boundaries.
“One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the value of creative ownership and strategic planning,” she said.
“Batching content and scheduling across all platforms has been key to growing sustainably.”
