Alanna Pow, a 22-year-old model and former flight attendant, has already spent £38,000 on cosmetic surgery including two botched Brazilian Butt Lifts and says she’s far from finished.
Despite a recovery so painful she couldn’t sit for weeks, Alanna is planning a third BBL next month, determined to finally get the curves she wants.
Originally from Australia but now based in Bali, Alanna has become a social media star with over three million followers across her platforms (@alannasworldx) and claims to earn £110,000 a month selling adult content online.

She says her figure plays a big role in her brand, and she’s committed to perfecting it, no matter how difficult or expensive the journey.
Her first BBL cost £9,300 and was performed in Turkey in 2024, where she also received a free nose job as part of the deal. She returned to the same country for her second BBL this year, but the results left her disappointed once again.
I wouldn’t recommend Turkey I feel like I’ve been botched,” she said. “My legs are misshapen. The first doctor took too much fat from my lower thighs and left them looking wavy. I’ve been insecure about them ever since.”
Alanna says that while her nose surgery went perfectly giving her the subtle ski-slope profile she wanted the body work failed to deliver. After enduring extreme discomfort, including six weeks of lying on her stomach and wearing compression garments under her flight uniform, she’s now putting her trust in an Australian surgeon for round three.
This time, the procedure will cost her £19,500 and will involve fat removal from her chin, arms, stomach, back and legs, all to be transferred to her bum with the added step of filling out her thighs to correct the damage from before.
She insists she’s not chasing unrealistic standards but rather trying to feel confident and properly proportioned. “I already have big boobs, so I just wanted to balance my figure. My butt is naturally flat, so I’m getting surgical help.
I don’t see anything wrong with that,” she said. “I look in the mirror and I love my body, but if I want to make changes, that’s my decision. I’ll keep going until I get it right.”
Despite the setbacks, she views her earlier surgeries as part of a learning curve. “The first two were just lessons,” she said. “Now I’m doing it properly.” She’s ruled out using weight loss jabs, explaining she’s worried about losing volume in her breasts, which she calls her “money-makers,” saying her fans love that they’re natural.
Alanna’s journey began after seeing an influencer promote a Turkish clinic. “I messaged the surgeon and was booked in within a month. It’s ridiculously easy to get surgery there, which feels crazy now.”
By contrast, her Australian experience has been far more regulated. “I had to wait months for a consultation. They ask so many mental health questions and there’s a mandatory cooling-off period. There are so many more hoops to jump through.”
Still, she’s confident that this next procedure will finally deliver what she’s been chasing a look that feels like hers. “I’m so excited for my third BBL,” she said. “This time, I’m doing it right.”
