A woman who started selling her used knickers to cover her university costs is now pulling in around £95,000 a month from the side hustle.
Jasmine Teaa says buyers will hand over hundreds of pounds for a single worn pair – and many ask her to take them to the gym or keep them on all day before she posts them out.
The 29-year-old had once set her sights on a job at Google after taking a degree in computational linguistics.

But with no help from her parents, she was left relying on student loans and two badly paid jobs just to keep her head above water.
Jasmine, who posts as @Jasmineflowerteaa on Instagram, said: “I held down two jobs – one washing dishes and another as a prep chef – but they didn’t pay great.
“I was cutting onions for three hours straight at one point.”

With the bills stacking up, she started hunting for another way to bring in cash.
“I delved into sex work to make ends meet,” she said.
“I was posting on Reddit and got chatting about my underwear, and before I knew it, I’d found my thing.”
Jasmine, who lives in California and recently bought herself a $1 million home, says her customers will spend “crazy money” on the most unlikely items.
She said: “They don’t just want my panties – they want me to wear them first all day, go to the gym in them, they want them dirty.
“They want them used-used.”
Her most devoted buyers sometimes go further still.

“I’ve been asked not to wipe myself all day and then send them – but they pay really good money.”
One pair alone has earned her more than $1,000 (£750).
“The dirtier, the better the money, and it’s easy – I don’t really have to do anything – I just let them marinate all day then post them out.”
Knickers aren’t the only thing on her customers’ wish lists.
She said: “I’ve had people ask for my shoes, so I’ve sold some Converse and they also really like my socks.
“They love physical items that have been on my body.
“I have a lot of repeat customers, too – the same ones request a new pair of underwear every month.

“They’re specific too – colours matter.”
Spotting how much money was on the table, Jasmine branched out into custom adult videos, with subscribers paying for tailor-made content.
“I have a lot of fun with these – it’s like turning people’s fantasies into real life,” she said.
“I used to write fanfics, so it sort of feels like I’m writing but with my body.
“I did these while still working my two jobs and selling underwear but then realised that this was far more profitable, so I quit the others.”
Keeping the job under wraps proved trickier – especially while sharing a flat.
“No one knew how I made money, so I’d pretend I had a guy coming back so the place was clear, then I’d film my videos.”

Jasmine was bringing in about $2,000 (£1,500) a month at first, a figure that doubled once she added custom content.
A decade on, she takes home more than $100,000 (£75,000) a month – and says the security still hasn’t quite sunk in.
“I always thought I’d end up working a normal nine-to-five job,” she said.
“Instead, I’ve been able to build a life for myself doing this.
“I’ve done it all on my own, and that makes me feel really empowered.”
