A nursing student who balances hospital placements with running her own OnlyFans brand has revealed the bizarre request that sums up her double life – a fan who wanted her to film her skincare routine while wearing a glamorous evening gown.
Katherine Wascher is currently pursuing a professional nursing degree in Germany while simultaneously building a career as a content creator – and says the two worlds are not as far apart as people might think.
The creator, who has over 79,000 Instagram followers @project_katherine, started out as a lifestyle influencer before expanding into adult content – describing the move as a “logical evolution” of her digital presence.

She says the discipline and empathy she has developed through her healthcare training are the same qualities that set her apart online.
“While many creators focus solely on the aesthetic, I bring a unique blend of discipline and empathy to the table,” Katherine told NudeNewz.
“Qualities I’ve refined through my professional background in healthcare and my personal growth.

Katherine describes her brand as “authentic, empowered and sophisticated” – and says the vibe she aims for is what she calls “sophisticated comfort.”

“It’s not just about the visuals – it’s about the atmosphere of mutual respect and the feeling of being invited into the life of a strong, independent woman who is comfortable in her own skin.”
One of her favourite pieces of content was a cinematic shoot she describes as “Dark Romance” – blending dramatic lighting and sophisticated lingerie with a mysterious, powerful mood.
She said: “I really wanted to step away from the standard bedroom setups and create something that felt like a story.
“My fans loved it because it showed a different, more artistic side of my persona.
“It proved to me that my audience truly appreciates when I put extra effort into the production value and the storytelling aspect of my brand.”
As for fan requests, one stands out as both the strangest and the funniest – and it had nothing to do with typical adult content.
She said: “A fan didn’t want any typical content – instead, he wanted a video of me simply doing my daily skincare routine while explaining each step in a very calm, almost ASMR-like voice, but while wearing my most glamorous evening gown.
“He was obsessed with the contrast between the high-end gala look and the very mundane task of applying face cream.
“It was actually quite fun to film because it felt so absurdly elegant yet domestic at the same time.”
Katherine, who is based in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, says she made the decision to distance herself from her biological family long ago – and that the people who truly matter have been fully supportive.
She said: “The people who truly matter – my ‘chosen family’ and my close friends – have been incredibly supportive.
“They know my history, my strength, and the professional way I approach everything I do.
“Having that solid foundation of loyalty and respect from the people who actually know the real me is all I need.”

The creator says her career has acted as a “natural filter” for her personal relationships – bringing her closer to people who genuinely respect her ambition.

“I’ve learned to set very clear boundaries, which has only made my personal connections stronger and more meaningful.”
Her goals for the next 12 months are focused on advancing her nursing degree while elevating her content – collaborating with high-end photographers and exploring new creative concepts.
She said: “My goal is to continue building a life of full self-determination, where I can excel in both my medical studies and my creative business.
“Proving that you can be multi-faceted, professional and successful in the adult industry all at once.”
Perhaps the most surprising thing about Katherine is what she does when the camera is off.
She said: “Most people don’t expect a content creator to be deep into a professional degree in nursing.
“I spend a lot of my time studying complex medical charts, learning about human anatomy and practising empathy in a clinical setting.
“Also, I’m a huge fan of science fiction and high-fantasy series – I can spend hours discussing the lore of Star Trek or Stargate.
“I’m a mix of a focused professional, a creative entrepreneur and a total sci-fi geek at heart.”
Her advice to new creators is clear.
She said: “Your boundaries are your power.
“Don’t rush the process and never lose sight of your worth.
“Be the director of your own story, and never let anyone else hold the pen.”
