‘OnlyFans star reveals wildest fan requests – including bathing in JELL-O and peeing on mum’s sandals’

An OnlyFans star earns $1.8m a year by fulfilling bizarre fan requests, from bathing in 100 gallons of Jell-O to using her mum’s Birkenstocks in niche custom videos.

An OnlyFans star has lifted the lid on the most bizarre custom video requests she’s ever received – including one involving a bathtub filled with Jell-O and another featuring her mum’s Birkenstocks.

Madelynn May, 23, rakes in $1.8m a year by taking bespoke commissions from devoted fans – and says she’s seen it all. Nothing is off-limits, so long as it’s legal.

The model was recently asked to fill her entire bathtub with a well-known powdered gelatin dessert before taking a bath in it. It took 100 gallons, but for a $700 fee, Madelynn was more than happy to oblige.

“The fan wanted me to fill my entire bathtub –  it’s a big bathtub, it’s called a Mexican soaking tub – with Jell-O,” said Madelynn, who has over 630,000 Instagram followers (@bubblebabyz0).

“That meant I had to buy like a hundred gallons of the mix from Amazon.

“It cost $300 – but he paid me $700, so I made a nice profit.

“He asked me to dance around in the tub.

“The experience gave me a yeast infection.”

It’s the kind of occupational hazard that doesn’t appear on most job descriptions. But for Madelynn, it’s just another day at the office – albeit an office that occasionally requires 100 gallons of gelatin and a strong stomach.

The Birkenstock Incident

If the Jell-O bath was unusual, Madelynn’s next story takes things up a notch.

Another fan forked out $1,000 for her to pretend she’d just come home from the gym before slipping into a pair of Birkenstocks. Then the request got stranger.

She said: “It was a very niche request.

“The man wanted me to act like I had just got home from the gym, and I was all sweaty and disgusting.

“And he wanted me to wear Birkenstocks.

“I didn’t have any, so I asked my mum if I could borrow hers.”

What happened next turned a bizarre commission into a family affair.

She added: “Then he requested that I pee my pants all over the sandals.

“And then I was like, ‘What do I do with these pee-soaked Birkenstocks?’

“I sold them for $500.

“Mum got a new pair for $1,000 – paid for by the very same fan.”

It’s a punchline that writes itself – and the kind of anecdote that sums up the sheer unpredictability of life as a top-tier custom content creator. One fan’s niche fantasy became a $1,500 payday and a brand new pair of sandals for mum.

The Business of Being Bespoke

Custom content has become one of the most lucrative corners of the adult creator economy. Unlike subscription-based earnings, which rely on volume, bespoke commissions allow creators to charge premium prices for one-off, tailored videos – and the more unusual the request, the higher the fee tends to be.

For creators like Madelynn, the skill isn’t just performing – it’s logistics. Sourcing 100 gallons of Jell-O from Amazon, borrowing mum’s sandals, and working out how to convincingly portray a scenario that exists only in one person’s imagination all require a level of creative problem-solving that rarely gets talked about.

Madelynn herself puts it bluntly.

She said: “Some of the requests are weird, but mostly logistically — like, how am I going to portray this well?

“People think OnlyFans is easy, but sometimes it’s sticky, strange, and hilarious.”

It’s a line that could double as a tagline for the entire custom content industry.

From Food Stamps to $1.8 Million a Year

Madelynn’s current earnings are a far cry from where she started. She grew up in Tennessee and turned to stripping at 18 after living off food stamps while staying in her parents’ basement.

Her career took off after one of her TikTok clips went viral, sending her audience – and her income – through the roof. She has been working in the adult industry for five years and recently relocated to Las Vegas.

It’s a trajectory that reflects one of the creator economy’s most recurring narratives: a young person with limited options discovers that the internet can turn personality and hustle into serious money. For Madelynn, that discovery came at 18 – and five years later, she’s earning more than most people will see in a lifetime.

The path from food stamps to a seven-figure income is hardly typical. But in an industry where a single viral clip can change everything overnight, Madelynn’s story isn’t as unusual as it might sound.

No Judgement, No Limits

Despite the eyebrow-raising nature of some requests, Madelynn is entirely unfazed. She says she doesn’t judge her fans – and as long as the law isn’t broken, she’s game.

She added: “I do all requests that are legal.

“I don’t judge.

“Whatever they want, I can do.”

It’s an attitude that has served her well. In the custom content space, creators who are willing to go the extra mile – sometimes literally – tend to build the most loyal and highest-paying fanbases. The willingness to say yes, rather than no, is often what separates a comfortable income from a seven-figure one.

For Madelynn, that means buying industrial quantities of Jell-O, borrowing her mum’s shoes, and occasionally dealing with the medical consequences of sitting in a bathtub full of gelatin.

Like other top creators, Madelynn says the secret to her success isn’t just what she’s willing to do on camera – it’s the relationship she builds with the fans who commission the content. Every request, no matter how strange, is someone trusting her with their fantasy. And she takes that seriously.

Why It Matters

The custom content economy is booming, and stories like Madelynn’s pull back the curtain on what that actually looks like day to day. It’s not glamorous in the traditional sense – it’s messy, inventive and occasionally requires a trip to the doctor.

But it’s also a business. And at $1.8m a year, Madelynn is running hers better than most.

Whether you find her stories hilarious, shocking or somewhere in between, one thing is clear: she’s turned other people’s wildest ideas into a career that most could only dream of – one bathtub of Jell-O at a time.
