An OnlyFans creator who started selling content while studying to become a hairdresser says one of the strangest requests she has received was from a fan who paid her to pretend she had been knocked out in a boxing match.

Rachel Angel, from California, launched her page while enrolled in cosmetology school after seeing other creators use the platform to support their creative interests.

The self-described “blunt Jewish girl” says OnlyFans allowed her to become financially independent while pursuing music and social media content.

“I saw other creators doing it to support themselves while engaging in creative hobbies like music,” said Rachel.

“I also wanted the freedom to do music and make content on social media, but finding a way to make money in the beginning is difficult.

“OnlyFans felt like a good fit for me since I enjoy showing off my sexuality and wanted to be able to work on my own time.”

Rachel says her approach to content is intentionally spontaneous and personality driven.

“I usually just film whatever comes to my mind that I think is funny,” she said.

“I like to keep Instagram spur of the moment.”

Rather than focusing solely on glamorous photos, she says much of her content involves speaking directly to her audience.

“I say things that may be controversial instead of just posting thirst traps every day,” she said.

“I still post them, but the majority of my content right now has been me talking to my phone.

“That seems to get more engagement and makes me feel more connected to my audience.”

Over time she has received a wide range of unusual requests from subscribers.

“One fan wanted me to roll around acting like I just lost a boxing match and was falling unconscious,” she said.

Rachel says the platform allowed her to gain financial independence far earlier than many of her friends.

“I was able to become financially independent much younger than my friends who were still in college,” she said.

“I also feel like I got to enjoy my early twenties a lot more than the average person.

“I had the time to go to music shows and develop friendships that I wouldn’t have had otherwise.”

She is currently back in college and plans to focus on finishing her studies while also exploring small business opportunities with friends and her partner.

While her parents initially struggled with her career choice, she says they eventually came around.

“It took my parents some time to accept it but they see that I’m happy and that’s all that matters,” she said.

“I was very depressed before, and me being in a better place now is what matters.”

Rachel also admits that dating was challenging for a while.

“Dating was hard for me for a bit,” she said.

“I’m not sure if it was OnlyFans or just LA being a hard place to date, but I’m now in a happy relationship.”

Fans might also be surprised to learn she has a background in performing.

“I’m a huge Harry Potter fan and grew up doing musical theatre,” she said.

“I even begged my parents to let me audition as a kid and ended up booking a Super Bowl commercial and a Christmas special.

“But I stopped after a year because it was hard to balance with school.”

Rachel says her message to followers is about embracing individuality.

“I want my fans to feel comfortable being who they are and not feel like they have to follow the status quo,” she said.

Her advice for aspiring creators is simple.

“Post what feels authentic to you,” she said.

“Trying to copy what everyone else is doing will always come across as fake.

“Just do your own thing.”
