A Babestation cam girl is returning to the fold after nearly 20 years because she says young men can’t get enough of older women – and her bodybuilder physique has them drooling.
Rebecca Jade, 42, believes she is “sexier” now than she ever was in her twenties. In the years since her adult modelling career, she has become a competitive bodybuilder with a strict diet and training regime that she says has all but reversed her ageing process.
The athlete, from Llanelli, Wales, had a two-year stint at the adult network decades ago. But now she’s going back to her roots to join ‘Babestation Legends’ – a one-night-only special this November, almost 20 years since her first appearance on the channel.

“I’m super excited – I can’t decide what I’m going to wear!” said Rebecca, who has 17,700 Instagram followers (@rebecca_jade_pcapro).
“I haven’t worked at Babestation for nearly 20 years so it’s a little bizarre to be invited back to the anniversary special.
“But it’s going to be good fun – I can’t wait to see the family – the other girls and the producers – and speak to my fans again.
“I first got the job when I was 23 but I think I look sexier now I’m in my forties.
“Besides, young blokes adore an older toned woman.
“They love my muscle mummy body.”
How It All Started
Rebecca was first offered the gig back in 2006, when a photographer tipped her off about the network. She messaged Babestation on MySpace – a detail that firmly dates the era – and was offered an interview. Once the producers met her, she was hired on the spot.
She said: “My family didn’t have Sky so I didn’t even know adult channels existed.
“My friends were shocked and told me that I’d be ‘shaking my ass on TV’ – and I thought ‘I can do that!’.
“I was a little bit shy at the start but I loved the job, and before I knew it, I was a regular.
“The camera guys were really good; if we needed the toilet or something to eat or drink, we could just nip off for a while.
“There is definitely a stigma that comes with being a cam girl but we all just had such a good time.”
It’s a snapshot of a very different era in adult entertainment – one before smartphones, before OnlyFans, before creators had any control over their own content. For Rebecca, Babestation in its mid-2000s heyday was equal parts nerve-wracking and liberating.
From Blonde Bombshell to Amazon Warrior
After leaving Babestation to focus on motherhood, Rebecca got into bodybuilding – and fans from her old TV days soon started asking for photos of her flexing her muscles and popping her veins.
She found her niche in “ab worship” communities, and also started competing in fitness challenges, including winning bodybuilding awards.
She said: “A lot of my regulars have watched me change from being a blonde Barbie bombshell type to a muscular Amazon warrior type model.
“The ab worship thing is very big – where men want me to flex, pinch my skin and show off my toned legs, calves or quads on social media.
“Others like the veins on my neck and want me to tense my abs, too.
“A lot of the time my face isn’t even in shot – I’m just there touching my legs and they love it when I’m lean.”
The niche muscle worship community is a thriving corner of the adult content world that rarely gets mainstream attention. For performers like Rebecca, it represents a fanbase that values physique, dedication and authenticity over conventional glamour – and it’s one that tends to be fiercely loyal.
It’s also a space where age works in a creator’s favour. The kind of lean, vascular physique that ab worship fans crave takes years to build. A 42-year-old bodybuilder with two decades of training behind her isn’t competing with younger models – she’s offering something they physically can’t.
Racing Through the Amazon
Rebecca’s competitive streak extends well beyond the gym. She has taken on gruelling adventure challenges, including long-distance running through the Amazon jungle.
She said: “I’ve done a lot of competitions, both in bodybuilding and long distance running.
“My memorable experience was a race in the Amazon – one of the most hostile environments in the world, with animals in the jungle that literally want to eat you.
“I won stage one and two, but I got very injured.
“So when I came back, I decided to go back to bodybuilding instead of running.”
It’s the kind of detail that sets Rebecca apart from most returning Babestation alumni. While many former models have reinvented themselves online, few have done so by winning jungle ultramarathons and building competitive bodybuilding careers in between.
The 4am Routine
Keeping up a tight physique in your forties is no joke. Rebecca trains at 4am on a “five-day split” and eats five protein-packed meals a day.
Her go-to breakfast is cream of rice, fruit, whey protein, dark chocolate and peanut butter, followed by a chicken and veg lunch, then more chicken with potatoes and veg, turkey mince and cream of rice for dessert or a banana and natural yoghurt.
It’s a routine that would exhaust most people half her age – and one that underlines just how seriously she takes her physique. For Rebecca, the body her fans admire isn’t a happy accident. It’s the result of years of discipline, early mornings, and an almost monastic approach to nutrition.
She said: “When I was on Babestation, I got lots of attention from viewers – but I still get plenty of that online now.
“After a gym session, I’ll take some selfies, shoot content or take requests from my followers.
“But I’m always in bed at 8pm so I can hit the weights again the next day.”
The Comeback
Rebecca’s return will be a one-night-only special for Babestation Legends this November – a full-circle moment nearly two decades in the making.
She said: “It’s just a one-off for now – a special appearance in November – but we’ll see how it goes.
“We’ve pencilled in a night shift, which will be a shock to the system after all these early mornings, but I’m excited to see everyone again and chat to my fans.
“It’s more for fun and nostalgia than anything else – a full-circle moment.”
For Babestation, reuniting its original talent is smart business. Nostalgia is a powerful currency in entertainment, and the platform’s ability to bring back faces from its earliest days speaks to a loyalty that runs both ways – from talent to brand and from fans to the women they remember from two decades ago.
