A former engineering student who turned to camming during lockdown has revealed how she found love with a man she met through her screen – only to lose him five years later.
Jully Lov was studying at university and living in a shared sorority house when the pandemic struck and she began live streaming to make some extra cash.
Now a successful content creator with more than 100,000 followers on Instagram @jullylov, the 25-year-old has used her earnings to buy apartments for herself and her parents and to build a growing property portfolio.
But it was from behind the camera that she found something she never saw coming – a five-year romance.
“When I first started camming I was single, and I didn’t really go out because I was working all the time,” said Jully. “I did a private with this guy, and we both just fell in love. We were together for five years.”
The pair struck up a connection during a private show and quickly became inseparable, with Jully describing him as wealthy and worldly.
Tragically, their story came to a heartbreaking end when he passed away – a loss Jully says still weighs on her heart.
“One of my dreams is to write a book,” she said. “About my life, and about the relationship with him. At the end he passed away, and that really broke my heart.”
Jully’s journey into the adult industry began in 2021, when she was just 20 and midway through an engineering degree.
“It was the middle of the Covid pandemic and I just needed some extra money,” she said. “I googled ways to make money online and found that camming was a thing. I started doing privates for very low amounts, but then I got better.”
Within two months, she says, the money was good enough for her to make a life-changing decision – dropping out of college to pursue content creation full time.
“I started to see that it was good money for my future, so I didn’t stop,” she said. “First I was only camming, and then after about a year I started OnlyFans.”
Far from being daunted by her first live stream, Jully says she took to it instantly.
“I think I was confident,” she said. “It was fun for me, because I was starting to get to know guys from all over the world.”
Half-Brazilian and half-Italian, Jully now splits her time between the two countries, regularly travelling to visit family.
She says the work has given her a freedom and stability she never had as a student.
“Now I can help my family and I have more freedom to work from home,” she said. “I feel more productive and I have more responsibilities. It was very good for me.”
That stability has since translated into bricks and mortar, with Jully channelling her income into long-term investments.
“I could buy an apartment for my parents, and an apartment for me,” she said. “I started to invest in stocks and in real estate, and I have travelled to many countries.”
When she first told her family how she was making money, however, they were far from convinced.
“They told me, ‘No way you’re going to see the color of this money – stop doing this,'” she said.
“They thought it was a scam. Then I showed them, ‘Look, now I can pay my own bills, you don’t have to help me anymore.’ Now they know what I do, but they don’t really talk about it.”
Like many in the industry, Jully has fielded her share of unusual requests – with one fan’s demands standing out.
“There’s a guy who is submissive, and I have a life-size doll that looks like a real man, and a mini one too,” she said. “He asks me to keep spanking the doll and call him a bad boy. It was embarrassing at first, but I’ve seen it so much now that it seems normal.”
She adds that she is often surprised by what her admirers are into.
“A lot of guys also like to wear panties, for some reason,” she said. “They say they are in love with me, but they still like to send pics in panties. Sometimes I’m confused.”
Behind the glamour, Jully insists the job is far more demanding than people realise.
“When you go live, you have to be online for like six hours straight,” she said. “I can make a lot of money, but afterwards I get all broken – my knees hurt. It’s like a workout.”
Rather than splurge her earnings, Jully has taken a strikingly long-term approach, investing in stocks and property and studying real estate auctions.
“I want to keep working on this for the next five or 10 years, and then move into real estate,” she said. “I’m studying about auctions, buying property at a discount. I’m making money now with OnlyFans and live streams so I can invest it.”
With apartments, investments and big plans already in place, Jully is determined to build a future that lasts long after the cameras stop rolling – and to one day tell her story in full.
