An OnlyFans creator has revealed how joining the platform transformed her life – allowing her to afford medication for her epilepsy, get her driver’s licence and support her family without worrying about money.

Morgan Alexandra, 28, who has built a loyal following on Instagram @alexandraaaof, says she never expected content creation to become a full-time career when she first started posting online.

After moving away from home as a teenager, Morgan found herself drawn to modelling and enjoyed being in front of the camera. It was during a shoot that a photographer suggested she try OnlyFans – a decision that would ultimately change her life.

“It started really, really tame,” Morgan told NudePR.

“I just uploaded implied nude lingerie, and I kind of looked at it as another social media platform.

“At that time, on Instagram, one of my accounts had probably 3,000 followers I just looked at it as another posting platform.”

Morgan says she quickly realised the platform could offer opportunities she had never experienced before.

“That first month I only made probably a little over $1,000, but it was more than I was making anywhere else,” she said.

“I was like, ‘Okay, Instagram’s not paying me, so a grand is a grand.’

“Then the next month I made about five grand.

“I was like, ‘I could probably get used to that’ because I also grew up not making a lot of money.

“My parents didn’t make a lot of money.

“I never really had a real job.

“I was like – this is so easy.”

Today, Morgan manages between nine and 13 Instagram accounts and spends her days creating content, filming videos and interacting with fans.

While many people assume the biggest benefit is luxury purchases, Morgan says the greatest reward has been the freedom and security it has given her.

“I have epilepsy, so I’m able to afford my medication without being stressed,” she said.

“My medication is not cheap.

“I finally got my licence and I can afford a car.

“My dog is like my little son and he has a lot of health problems too.

“I don’t have to worry about, ‘Am I going to be able to afford this vet bill?’

“Anytime he gets a skin rash, I’m like, ‘We’re going to the vet.'”

The creator says she also loves being able to support her loved ones, especially her younger sister.

“I love spoiling my sister,” Morgan said.

“My sister’s like my best friend in the entire world.

“When it comes to holidays, I can just buy her what she deserves and what she wants.

“That feels really, really, really good.”

Morgan says her sister has been her biggest supporter throughout her career.

“My sister was super receptive,” she said.

“She’s always been supportive.”

Her parents, however, have had a more complicated reaction.

“My mum, she’s supportive but she flip-flops.

“We have an interesting relationship.

“My dad and I don’t really talk, but he’s told me a few times, ‘I want better for you.’

“And I’m like, ‘I’m still gonna do this.'”

Despite receiving criticism from strangers online and mixed reactions from some family members, Morgan says she stopped worrying about other people’s opinions a long time ago.

“When I first started, I did get a lot of hate,” she said.

“Then I started getting really into psychology and realised people are just negative.

“They either hate themselves or they see someone being happy and they hate that.

“There’s so much that goes behind someone leaving a hate comment and it has to do with them.

“It has nothing to do with you.

“People’s opinion about you is literally none of your business.”

Now approaching her 30s, Morgan has already started planning for the future.

She recently bought a laptop and hopes to study psychology online, with ambitions of eventually working in criminal behaviour.

“I’m really into psychology,” she said.

“I want to eventually work with criminals and the behavioural side of criminals.

“My dream job was actually a mortician and I’m super into true crime.

“I need to do something that’s going to be super fulfilling for me long term.”

While she doesn’t know exactly where life will take her next, Morgan says one lesson has guided her throughout her journey.

“Just do what makes you happy,” she said.

“Who cares who likes it or who doesn’t?”
