A mum-of-three who was told she was “lazy” and would “never amount to anything” by her cheating ex-husband is now building her dream home and investing in property – all thanks to her OnlyFans career.
Bree, 38, known online as Strawberry Bree, spent years feeling like “dirt on the bottom of someone’s shoe” while trapped in an unhappy marriage that left her deeply self-conscious and even suicidal.
But after her husband cheated and got another woman pregnant, the southern creator from North Carolina, US, turned her life around – and is now earning enough to pay off debts, buy family land, and take her kids to Disney World for the first time.

“I was told that I was lazy and would never amount to anything because I chased fantasy instead of getting a ‘real job’,” said Bree, who has over 346,000 Instagram followers @strawberrybreexo.
“I often felt like dirt on the bottom of someone’s shoe and was even suicidal for a bit.
“Looking back now, I’m so happy he cheated.
“He limited me and my dreams.
“I never would be where I’m at today if he wouldn’t have done that.
“So honestly, I have to say ‘thank you’ to both of them.”
Bree grew up as an only child in a poor household, raised by her hardworking single mum.
She was taught that the “correct” life pathway was good grades, university, a degree, and a stable job.
But falling pregnant in her final year of school threw those plans off course.
Bree said: “I graduated but pushed college back.
“It took me nine years to get a simple two-year degree.
“I married the guy and we had another kid together.
“It was not a happy marriage.
“I always felt something was missing and he just didn’t treat me in a way that met my needs.”
After her divorce, Bree grew close to her male best friend – and the pair eventually had a child together.
His belief in her potential helped spark a new chapter.
She took on a social media marketing role for a well-known OnlyFans creator, and the success she witnessed inspired her to launch her own page.
Bree said: “I enjoyed the idea of showing myself in that way.
“My boyfriend and I were already recording videos together.
“I saw it as an opportunity to do something I enjoyed while earning a little cash on the side.”
Now, Bree describes her online persona as a “southern mommy” – sweet to those close to her, but with a soft dominant energy that catches fans off guard.
She said: “Most girls are either a girl next door or straight goth and dominant.
“I’m an approachable, real-life mix.
“I’m that sweet southern mum that you crave but with that soft dom energy.
“Don’t let it fool you – I’ll have you calling me ‘Mommy’ before you even know what happened.”
And she’s not short on creative ideas either – revealing the most unique content she’s filmed involved an excavator.
Bree said: “We ‘did it’ on an excavator.
“That was definitely unique.”
As for the strangest fan request she’s received, Bree laughed recalling one bizarre ask.
She said: “A fan wanted me to flop around being clumsy and fall onto a dildo.
“That was definitely weird.”
Despite her confidence online, Bree admits her family were initially taken aback by her career choice.
She said: “My mum was surprised and a bit embarrassed but she’s okay with it now.
“She just wants me to be happy.
“All the friends that I know are supportive.
“I haven’t openly told everyone though – and I don’t really plan on it unless it comes up.
“If anyone else knows, they haven’t said anything to me about it.”
Bree says her OnlyFans income has completely transformed her life – funding a medically necessary tummy tuck, purchasing her grandmother’s land, and taking her family to Disney World.
She is now investing in property and building a barndominium – a barn-style home – on the land she bought.
She said: “I’m coming out of literal poverty, so it takes a while.
“But I’ve got big dreams and none of this would be possible without OnlyFans.
“I’m eternally grateful.
“I think in another year, my lifestyle will finally show the changes.”
Looking ahead, Bree has ambitious goals for the next 12 months – including starting construction on her dream home and paying off all remaining debt.
She said: “I’ve learned that you only need a few good friends to really push hard together.
“I’ve also learned that you’ll leave some friends behind as you grow when they don’t grow with you.
“It’s hard, but in order to really have success, you have to surround yourself with successful people.”
Her advice for new creators hoping to follow in her footsteps is simple.
Bree said: “Don’t be afraid to really put your personality out there.
“That’s what will set you apart from everyone else.
“I want my fans to feel like they really get to know me on a deeper level – so that when I leave them physically drained, they are mentally fully satisfied.”
Reflecting on her journey from rock bottom to financial freedom, Bree gets emotional thinking about how far she’s come.
“I’ve come a really long way.
“It honestly makes me emotional thinking about how far I’ve come – and knowing that other people have experienced that same thing.”
